The products and concepts are developed in Norway by professionals from different environments such as athlete coaching and training, sports oriented research- and rehabilitation of sports related injuries and abrasions (physical therapy, manual therapy), our main contributors are:

Morten Bråten, Head of department for Technique and motorics at Olympiatoppen, the olympic athlete training sports centre situated in Oslo, Norway.
The products developed are Bungee-Trainers, Slings, Balance Bars and Slide Pads. In addition we have developed individual and group training concepts such as Bungee-Training®, R.O.P.E.S® Sling training and R.O.P.E.S® Circle for sports and fitness. The philosophy behind R.O.P.E.S ® is that by utilizing our basic equipment everyone should be able to gain strength and flexibility whether they are amateurs or professional athletes. We like to look upon ourselves as carriers of the great Norwegian tradition of the polar explorers! Those guys went out to conquer the North and the South pole, with only themselves and basic equipment to rely on. They did an incredible job, with the equipment that they were able to carry with them. This equipment was basic, but of good quality, and did the job intended without any fuzz- just the way all the R.O.P.E.S® equipment is made to do for you!
Your own body weight, combined with Bungee-Training cords, slings, Balance bars and slide pads, creates a fun, inspiring and effective workout, whether you exercise individually or together with others. As we always say: do it alone if you must – but do it together if you can!
